The physical discomfort was evident, but what impacted me most was witnessing the emotional toll it took on her over the years. Seeing someone I loved struggle with painful flare-ups, irritation, and the daily challenges associated with chronic skin conditions sparked something within me. I became determined to understand the science behind skin health and discover ways to help improve her quality of life. What began as a personal mission quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. I immersed myself in learning about skincare ingredients, formulation science, product development, and the intricate ways ingredients interact with one another. My goal was ambitious: to create products that could provide meaningful relief and support healthier skin. I spent countless hours researching and conceptualizing formulations, including a shampoo and conditioner, facial cleanser, moisturizing cream, and targeted treatment products designed to nourish and support compromised skin. As my knowledge expanded, so did my passion for beauty as a whole. While skincare became my foundation, I was equally captivated by the artistry and creativity of hairstyling. Driven by curiosity and a commitment to excellence, I pursued extensive education in haircutting, hair coloring, and styling techniques. Beyond formal training, I became a dedicated self-learner, studying some of the industry's most respected educators and innovators. I invested countless hours learning advanced techniques from professionals such as Guy Tang, founder of Mydentity and internationally recognized hair educator, Matt Beck, founder of Free Salon Education, and numerous educational platforms dedicated to elevating professional hairstylists through accessible, high-quality training. Over the past two decades, I have combined artistic creativity with scientific curiosity, developing a comprehensive understanding of skincare ingredients, product formulations, hair care technologies, skin types, hair textures, cosmetic chemistry, and emerging beauty innovations. My approach has always been rooted in education, research, and a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best. Today, my passion for beauty extends far beyond products and trends. Beauty, to me, is about confidence, empowerment, self-care, and transformation. It is about helping people feel comfortable in their own skin and creating meaningful connections through education and shared experiences.
