I do believe that doctors do go right to prescriptions so that this helps people with sleep and anxiety is so helpful. CDC guildline for adults are 7+ hours of sleep. Right now I can tell you that this is not me. 
The Naternal Rest Cbd + cbn is a new thing to me, well half. I have used Cbd products before but cbn is new to me. CBN is created when THC-A oxidizes.CBN can be used effectively as a sleep aid. Cbd helps with anxiety and stress. This for me doesn’t taste so good. I did like the lavender but I can still taste the herbal part. Ok so here’s the deal I have been so stressed out and my anxiety levels are through there roof. Im not one to get to sleep easily at all. Did it get me to sleep faster ? I have no idea. I don’t know if my body just gave out on me or this helped to get me to rest. I believe it help with anxiety levels.

First of all, I will disclose that I have insomnia at times and have trouble getting asleep AND staying asleep. I take other sleep aid supplements and have been prescribed medication also. So, in short I've been, there done that and can say that this product is the real deal and I'm here to share my experience.

I took the supplement  at night as directed for about a week. And definitely felt like my sleep was more restful when taking the supplement. Like I would even sleep less than my usual 8-9 hours and still feel as rested when taking the supplement at 7 or so. Awesome!

It tastes like lavender and that earthy green taste but is so smooth. No water needed. Verdict- it's a must try as a sleep booster or just to revamp your night's rest, for sure worth it!
