The taste is amazing. This is my first time trying a hydration product with electrolytes. This product is very healthy and has healthy ingredients too. I know that I’ve been drinking water with this product, I look forward to drinking water now. I stay hydrated now. This product is gluten free and vegan. The taste is sweet and yummy.

I love using electrolyte powder to keep my body hydrated after going on hikes and lifting weights. This was my first time trying Rookie Hydration in the flavor Peach Lemonade. By the flavor description I was expecting a more lemon-y sour taste but it actually is very sweet tasting- too sweet for me personally. I do like however, that the electrolytes come in a convenient pouch that can be added quickly to a bottle of water. I also like that this contains BCAA and is gluten-free. Overall its okay, best suited for those with a sweet tooth though! Product was received as part of an educational promotion.
