It's a pretty good pencil, I got it in the shade medium brown. It's not super waxy and doesn't have the best staying power, and applies just okay. The color is nice, definitely matches my medium brown hair well. I found when I brushed it out, a lot of the product disappeared - more than a typical pencil, and I had to keep re-applying. The brush end is a nice, standard spoolie that gets the job done. It's really not a bad brow pencil, and not the best of the best - for the price it'll absolutely do the trick!

the Sephora Collection eyeliner has always been my go-to for an affordable eyeliner but still great quality. my favorite way to use gel eyeliners like the Sephora Collection 12H Colorful Waterproof Retractable Eyeliner is to sightline. If you don't know what tightlining is, it's basically lining the water line of the top lid, under the lashes, instead of the bottom of your lashes. for people with more hooded or smaller eyes, it gives definition around the eye and makes the eyes appear larger and more open. I tightline all the way across the top and a tiny bit in the outer corner. I use the smudger on the end of the eyeliner across the bottom to keep it soft and not harsh. this formula glides like a dream and does not tug. It is also very long-lasting, and I can go all day without smudges.

I’ve been using this Sephora brow pencil for a while now, and I do like it. The color is a really good match for me. That’s hard to find sometimes. It looks natural. Not too dark. Not too warm. Just right. I like the shape of the pencil too. The angled tip makes it easy to fill in thin spots. I can draw little hair lines without much effort. The spoolie on the end is nice. I use it every time. It helps soften everything so my brows don’t look heavy. Once this is on, it stays. All day. Even at the shop when I’m busy and sweating a little. No smudging. No fading. That part impressed me. The only thing I don’t love is that it tugs a bit when I put it on. You can feel it pull sometimes. Especially if you’re in a hurry. I just wish it was a little more creamy and smooth. That’s why it’s four stars for me. Still, it works well. It’s easy to use. It makes my brows look neat and put together. And for the price, it’s a good one to keep in your makeup bag.
