Stripped Beauty Neptune Face cream is a light weight face cream that is rich. In my opinion this is rich but exactly light weighted cream. This brand is run by a wonderful lady in ny. The brand is vegan and uses high performing ingredients as in squalane, glycerin, algae, kelp and blue lotus flower extracts. Sqalane  can reduce wrinkles, help with UV damage, and skin pigmentation, all while fighting free radicals. Glycerin pulls water into your skin for hydration. Algae can help with acne, cellulite and wrinkles. Blue lotus is a natural moisturizer thats helps with the appearance  of dry skin. Blue lotus also helps balance sebum production. I have combination skin- when I take care of it but dry and flakey when I don’t. When I started using this cream, day and night, it brought back the moisture and radiance to my skin. After a couple of days of use, it started feeling slightly tacky. Like it wasn’t absorbing into my skin right away. So I started using this as a night cream and it’s perfect ! Packing really simple, no smell that I can place. And it’s only $22. You can’t beat this.

The Stripped Beauty Neptune Face cream is a luxurious velvety moisturizer. It contains Shea Butter, Squalane, and Jojoba Oil. The combination provides long-lasting moisture. Algae is a unique and key ingredient which contains antioxidants and detoxifying minerals. It soothes acne-prone skin, clears pores, and reduces the appearance of fine lines. Sea Kelp is included which provides a rich source of amino acids. I gave this product three stars. I was excited about the results, however, it was not so great for me. I have combination skin, and I found this product to be extremely heavy. It’s summer time in my area so my skin is constantly sweaty and oily. I would like to try again in the winter for those days I need extra hydration. I used the moisturizer during the day and night after my cleansing routine. It is hard to apply and does not melt into the skin seamlessly. It feels a bit sticky.

I would like to begin by saying that this product was sent to me by Beautytap to review and give my honest review. My first impression with this face cream was how rich and creamy it looked which made me think it was going to be thick and for someone with oily skin that made me nervous. I was so wrong though as this cream is very lightweight and soft on the skin, it’s almost like a whipped mousse, very rich and good but at the same time very light and comforting to the skin. I initially only used it at night as I was not sure how it would do with my oily skin during the day but on my dryer days it works very well and makes my skin look very hydrated and gives it a nice glow I just pair it with a matte primer my SPF and I am good to go for the day. It has helped balance the moisture levels in my skin because although I am oily in my face I do have some dry very sensitive areas and this cream has really just soothed those irritated areas. It has no fragrant artificial aromas or scents and no colors, dyes or anything of the sort. Since it is very rich you do not need a lot to cover your face, neck and décolleté area a little goes a long way with this cream. I would definitely recommend this cream to anyone who is looking for a hydrating and lightweight anytime cream.
