The Cheribe hydrating shampoo has a pleasant smell and great consistency. This product lathered fairly quickly on my hair and left it feeling clean . The Cheribe hydrating shampoo was great for reviving my curls after having a silk press for most of the fall and winter. I have been wearing my hair in natural twist out thigh or natural puff and my hair has never felt better. I am excited to try other products in this line. I do not think I would use this shampoo before a silk press because it does seem fairly heavy, but I did really enjoy using this after I was done with my straight hair era. I would definitely re-purchase this product.
