As someone who won't turn down a scent - I was happy to try this Discovery Set from Harlem Perfume Co. I originally thought Showgirl would be my love with me being in my self care and glow up era, but after trying them all I think it's a mix between Golden Muse and Langston - although I enjoy and vibe with all of them! I find the ones with notes of chocolate, bourbon, and brandy feel more on the unisex side - Speakeasy definitely more on the masculine side even after settling down and Langston being more in between. Golden Muse and Billie give more beachy and free, Showgirl feels more fun, ambitious, Summery and Josephine feels sophisticated and divine. I love how they really feel like scents from back in the day and how they're all so different. I feel most sample sizes on the market are small and if they're not long-lasting, I'll probably go through the sample within a day. As someone who likes to try their products for awhile before deciding if it's enjoyable enough to purchase, this can be hard on the pockets - I appreciate the value of this bundle because you get to try 6 different ones AND I've been using them for a week and not a single one is even halfway down yet. The scent lasts long - not all day but I'd say I got a good 5 - 7 Hours out of some of them (that's about 7 spritz and no re-sprays). I've gotten to layer a few to see how they mix in and they're way more versatile than you'd think - Pair them with an oil for an even longer-lasting scent and these are truly the discovery of a lifetime! If you're not into fragrance then you might not see why it's so good but if you are - you'll be re-purchasing this set for awhile.

I was so happy to try the Discovery Set from Harlem Perfume Co.—each fragrance felt like a little story. The packaging is elegant and practical, and the sprayers work beautifully. I just wish these mini bottles had little caps, it would add a nice finishing touch, and protect from sudden spraying !
Speakeasy opens with citrus, then turns into a soft sweetness.
Josephine starts off clean and fresh, then reveals a smoky depth.
Billie is intriguing—first similar to Speakeasy, then becomes quieter, slightly floral like lilac.
Langston is barely-there peony, light and airy.
Showgirl reminded me of YSL’s “La Petite Robe Noire.”
Golden Muse is musky, slightly citrusy, with great sillage.
Now I’m definitely thinking about getting a few in full size!

I had the chance to try the Harlem Perfume Co Discovery Set, and I really enjoyed it. The set includes a nice variety of scents, each with its own unique character. Some are warm and cozy, while others are fresh and elegant. It’s a great way to explore the brand and find out which perfume suits you best.
