This has been really fun to use! I've been hearing about red light therapy for a few years now and knew that a high-end product like this Higher Dose light therapy mask could be helpful for the appearance of my skin and overall health. I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the 10 minute sessions a few times a week and could see an improvement after every use in the ovrall look of my skin, like it looks more plush, has more color (my skin tends to get blotchy and dull) and a bit of a glow. My skin also simply feels better, different from basic skincare.

I take skincare very seriously cause I don’t want to use Botox or plastic surgery so tools are my main helpers in this path!
